Meet Sarah Jane

I have spent years trying to make myself easier to explain.

Trying to fit the work I do into titles, boxes and language that other people would understand.

But I don’t experience people , or the world, in neat categories.

I hear what lives beneath words.

I feel frequency moving through bodies, relationships, teachings and systems.

I see patterns connecting things that are usually kept separate.

I’ve worked with energy since I was 21.

Reiki was my first doorway, but it was never the whole room. Over nearly thirty years, my work has moved through energy healing, the body, crystals, emotion, language, Human Design, spiritual practice and lived experience.

I don’t use these as a fixed set of techniques.

I listen for what is alive.

For what your words are saying.

For what your body remembers.

For what your energy is communicating beneath the story.

I am autistic and ADHD, and both of my children are neurodivergent.

This is not a professional specialism I learned from the outside. It is the architecture of our lives.

I know what it is to move through systems that cannot read you accurately.

To be overwhelmed and underestimated.

To mask for peace.

To feel something deeply but struggle to translate it into the language the world demands.

I also know the intelligence, pattern-recognition, creativity and fierce truth that can live inside those differences.

My life has not been a neat healing journey.

I have lived through addiction, sobriety, loss, shame, starting again and the repeated death of identities that could no longer hold me.

I don’t teach from a life tied neatly in a bow.

I work from inside the living process of remembering, questioning, dismantling and becoming.

That is why I can sit beside the places other people rush to fix, silence or make presentable.

I am not here to become another authority over your life.

I’m not here to tell you who to be, hand you a polished answer or teach you to perform healing correctly.

I’m here to meet what is real.

To listen beneath the noise and conditioning.

To help you recognise the voice, frequency and intelligence that have always lived within you.

Your own.

This work is for the hidden ones.

The overwhelmed ones.

The ones who can feel something powerful moving inside them but have not yet found the words, the shape or the doorway for it.

You do not need to arrive polished.

You only need to arrive as you are.
