Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. My policies are here to keep things clear and fair for both of us.

• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

• Refunds:

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is non-refundable.

  • If I ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule - whichever you prefer.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

• Packages / Multi-Session Journeys: Once started, these are non-refundable, but you can pause/reschedule within 3 months if needed.
