Life comes first.

Something appears.

A question is asked.

An opportunity arrives.

You see, hear or encounter something.

Then your Sacral has something real to respond to.

That response can feel like energy opening towards something, or energy pulling away from it.

Response does not mean saying yes to everything.

It gives your body the first piece of information.

And if you have an Authority that needs more time, the response is not necessarily the final decision.

When you continually initiate from mental pressure without anything to respond to, frustration can build.

To Respond is not passive waiting.

It is allowing life to give your energy something real to meet.
