WHAT THIS CENTRE DOES

The Sacral is a Motor Centre.

It is connected with life-force, work, sexual energy and response.

It provides sustainable energy for what the body is genuinely available for.

The Sacral responds to what appears in life.

It does not decide from the mind.

WHEN DEFINED

A defined Sacral has consistent access to Sacral life-force.

This is what makes Generators and Manifesting Generators Sacral beings.

There can be a dependable source of energy for work, movement and engagement.

But that energy is not available for everything.

It becomes most sustainable when it is given to what the body has actually responded to.

When there is a genuine response, energy can build.

When energy is repeatedly used for things that have no real response, frustration can grow. Your Strategy and Authority still guide what is correct for you.

WHEN UNDEFINED

An undefined Sacral does not have consistent access to Sacral energy.

You can amplify the life-force of people around you.

This can make you feel as though you have more energy available than you actually do.

There can be pressure to keep going, keep working or match the pace of Sacral beings.

The wisdom develops through recognising when enough is enough.

Rest becomes important.

You are not designed to prove your value through endless doing.

WHEN COMPLETELY OPEN

A completely open Sacral is undefined with no activated Gates.

There is no fixed Gate anchoring the way Sacral energy is experienced.

This can create a very broad openness to different expressions of work, life-force, sexual energy and response.

You may experience many different levels of energy through the people and environments around you.

Over time, this openness can develop into wisdom about how energy works and when it is time to stop.

You do not need to keep going just because energy is present around you.
