WHAT THIS CENTRE DOES

The Solar Plexus is both a Motor Centre and an Awareness Centre.

It is connected with emotion, feeling, desire, sensitivity and emotional awareness.

When defined, it creates an emotional wave. This Centre can bring movement through highs, lows and everything in between.

It is not designed to produce instant certainty.

WHEN DEFINED

A defined Solar Plexus has a consistent emotional wave.

Your emotional state moves through patterns over time.

Something can feel very different at different points in that wave.

When the Solar Plexus is defined, it becomes Emotional Authority.

This means major decisions need time.

Clarity develops through the wave, rather than in the first emotional moment.

Your Strategy brings the decision to you.

Your Emotional Authority asks you to wait until there is greater clarity.

WHEN UNDEFINED

An undefined Solar Plexus is receptive to the emotions of other people.

You may amplify what they are feeling. Someone else's emotion can suddenly feel very strong in your body.

This can create pressure to avoid confrontation, keep the peace or change yourself to prevent emotional discomfort.

The wisdom develops through recognising what belongs to you and what you are simply experiencing through someone else.

You do not need to fix every emotion you feel around you.

WHEN COMPLETELY OPEN

A completely open Solar Plexus is undefined with no activated Gates.

There is no fixed Gate anchoring the way emotional energy is experienced.

This can create a very broad openness to different emotional frequencies and experiences.

You may feel many different emotional states through the people and environments around you.

Over time, this openness can develop into deep wisdom about emotion, sensitivity and emotional patterns.

You do not need to absorb or act on every feeling that moves through you. Not every emotion is yours to carry.
