SACRAL
Sacral Authority comes from the Sacral Centre.
If your Sacral is defined and you do not have Emotional Authority, the Sacral becomes your inner Authority.
This is a body response.
It is not mental analysis.
It is not about sitting and trying to think your way to the answer.
The Sacral responds to something real.
A question.
An opportunity.
A person.
An invitation from life.
When something is in front of you, the body can respond immediately.
That response may feel like energy opening, a pull towards something, or a clear sense of availability.
It may also show that there is no energy there.
The Sacral does not speak through long explanations.
It is direct.
Alive.
Immediate.
Responsive.
This is why yes or no questions can be so helpful.
They give the body something specific to respond to.
Sacral Authority is not about forcing action just because something is available.
It is about noticing where life-force is present and where it is not.
When you override the Sacral response and let the mind take over, frustration can begin to build.
