Privacy & Data Protection

I value your trust. When you work with me, you share personal information, and I take my responsibility to protect it seriously.

• What I Collect: Your name, email, and booking/payment details. If we work together, I may also keep brief session notes.

• Why I Collect It: To deliver your sessions, contact you about appointments, and (if you’ve chosen) send you updates or resources.

• How I Keep It Safe: All information is stored securely, password-protected, and never shared or sold.

• Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to see what data I hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Just contact me and I’ll respond within 30 days.

• Third Parties: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your booking info is managed through Squarespace/Acuity. These services have their own GDPR-compliant policies. I do not share your data with anyone else.

• Retention: I keep client records for 7 years in line with insurance requirements, after which they are safely deleted.
